Brethren, please find the attached invitation to the AGM of the District Grand Council of East Lancashire. If you want to attend to please let our Provincial Grand Secretary know, not the East Lancs secretary. He will then collate numbers and let East Lancs know and then our people will pay our Treasurer by Bacs and he will make one payment to East Lancs.
