Having decided to stand-down after eight years of service as the District Grand Prefect for West Lancashire,
RW Bro Mervyn attended his last meeting as a District Ruler by attending an Allied meeting in Yorkshire, the Saddleworth Allied 281 in Uppermill. To be fair, he was a Founding Member in February 2019 and has given a lot of effort to the Council. It was an excellent turnout with the our own DistGPref, RW Bro Brian Butterfield and
