On Monday 11th November, South Riding Council at Doncaster Masonic Hall hosted an open evening on the Allied Masonic Degrees. Bro’s Nick Ball and Andy Tasker prospective candidates were treated to an excellent presentation on Allied Masonry by W Bro Arthur Wainwright Grand Steward and DGSW. A delegation from our sister District in the East Midlands came to support this event and were made extremely welcome. Arthur Wainwright was accompanied on the evening by DDGP W Bro Clive Copley who addressed the meeting in a warm and friendly manner after the presentation. W Bro Stephen Sharp AGDC, W Bro John Clough DGDC and W Bro A Vagis PGJD made up the rest of the District Team in attendance. After the meeting a very happy and jovial social board was held which rounded off a most pleasant evening.
